Not Enough Time

I heard an unusual message on the radio. A man gave a talk on time management.

He said there’s not enough time to do everything that needs to be done. No one can do all that they should ideally do at home, work, church, etc. by trying to get it all done, you’ll end up cheating someone.

He wasn’t trying to do like other time management seminar speakers and tell his audience it’s possible to get everything done with proper prioritization and organization.

I won’t try to summarize it all here, but he emphasized the importance of prayer and cultivating our relationship with our Lord. As little as 15 minutes a day can make a big difference. How else can we fulfill the exhortation in the passage that follows?

Ephesians 5:15-17–See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of
the Lord is.
