Big Bang Bust

The May 2014 issue of Smithsonian magazine includes an article on the big bang theory. The article makes what I consider to be a startling and revealing admission on the part of the unbelieving scientific community. It asserts the big bang theory isn’t another account of creation, as opposed to Genesis 1. Rather, it’s an account of how the universe has evolved.

Hmmm. Let’s see. Where did that miniscule spec of matter come from before it allegedly blew up into the shape of our universe? There absolutely must be a prime cause. When you think about it, the ultimate prime cause has to be God.

With that being the case, why would God be limited to doing things the big bang way? Why couldn’t He have done it another way? Is it just possible the Holy Bible’s account of creation is correct?

Hebrews 11:3 – Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
